Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, you may however be able to speak to your yacht owner and arrange a different date, as we are an advertising platform, this must be done direct with your yacht owner. If before 7 days we can refund you. Any refunds after this period will be subject to cancellation charges of £50. If the Yacht owner cancels the charter they are liable for the full refund to the yacht charterer.

Refunds

Once your return is requested, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 12 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Date changes

Date changes may be allowed by your chosen yachts owner or may not. Contact them to request date changes directly via the booking info in your account page or via the contact owner on the original listing. You should have already made contact with them before booking so should hopefully have contact details.
